This is typical breakfast food. On this day, we made scrambled eggs, yogurt parfait with granola, pancakes, and fruit salad. Of course our menu changes with the seasons, but in the summer the fruit salad is delicious! We use blueberries, strawberries, honeydew melon, cantaloupe melon, watermelon, and pineapple. Maple syrup is also very popular here because most of the US gets its maple syrup from New England maple trees.
